1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CHYN GO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. CHYN GO is operated by CHYN AI Ltd, a company registered in Mauritius.

2. Description of Service

CHYN GO provides a platform connecting businesses ("Sellers") with delivery drivers ("Drivers") for the transportation of packages within Mauritius. We act as an intermediary and do not take ownership of packages at any point during delivery.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Ensure packages are properly packaged and labeled
  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses
  • Not ship prohibited items (illegal goods, hazardous materials, live animals)
  • Pay for delivery services as agreed
  • Maintain sufficient token balance for deliveries

5. Driver Responsibilities

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and vehicle registration
  • Handle packages with care during transport
  • Complete deliveries in a timely manner
  • Provide photo proof of delivery as required
  • Maintain professional conduct with customers

6. Payments

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and are deducted from the Seller's token balance. Driver payments are processed weekly via MCB Juice or other designated payment methods. All fees are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR).

7. Limitation of Liability

CHYN GO acts as a platform connecting Sellers and Drivers. While we strive to ensure quality service, we are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused during delivery. Sellers are encouraged to properly package items and not ship high-value items without appropriate precautions.

8. Prohibited Items

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Weapons, firearms, or explosives
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Live animals
  • Perishable goods without proper packaging
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting us at hello@chyn.ai.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
